Part 1 of 3
Can you believe the holidays are upon us already? I know, I know, it happens the same time every year, but somehow I get so caught up in my busy schedule I lose track of time and all the sudden, it's here! Then the frenzy begins with holiday parties and shopping! I know how stressful gift-giving can be. We all want to give others something meaningful and useful that they'll also like and appreciate. This year, I've come up with a BIG list of holiday gift ideas based on promoting health. While there are a lot of great ideas here, I find it most helpful to keep the recipient at heart when buying gifts. Though you may love many of these ideas, there's nothing worse than feeling like someone got you something they feel you "need" but that you didn't really want, right?
